BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Apartment completely renovated in 2018, in a residential building, located on the ground floor accessible by stairs.
The apartment is practical and comfortable, accommodates up to 4 guests, with two bedrooms, one with access to a private furnished terrace with outdoor shower, and a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room with patio overlooking and access to a public garden.
Air conditioning (in the living room), free WiFi, cable TV, and free private outdoor parking.
Ideal for sailors, couples or small families (children and babies are welcome), in the centre of Vilamoura and a few metres from the main points of interest, perfect for those who want to avoid using a car and want to be a few steps from everything.

• Double bed, wardrobe
• Access to private terrace with outdoor dining table, 2 chairs, a bench, parasol and outdoor shower.

BEDROOM 2 - facing east - room without window
• Two single beds, wardrobe

BATHROOM
• Complete with shower over bath, toilet and hairdryer

PARKING - Private outdoor - 1 parking space exclusive to the accommodation for 1 car

PROPERTY RULES
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Groups under 25 years of age are not allowed.
• No pets allowed on the property
• Respect the silence hours from 20:00 to 8:00
• It is forbidden to exceed the allowed occupancy limit: up to 4 guests (children included)
• It is not allowed to leave rubbish or unwashed dishes in the property after check-out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged.
• In case of non-compliance with the rules, guests may be expelled from the accommodation, without the right to a refund.

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
• Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.
• Ecolab certified cleaning products.
• Bed linen and towels washed at a minimum of 60 degrees.

SAFETY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket.

CHECK IN: Every day from 17:00 to 19:00
• €30.00 (additional cost) - Late arrival from 19:00 to 23:00
• €50.00 (additional cost) - Late arrival from 23:00 onwards
The guest must inform SAPvillas in advance of their expected arrival time. If you arrive before 17:00, you can leave your luggage at our office.

You must inform us one day in advance if you leave before 11:00.
After 11:00 until 19:00, you can leave your luggage at our office.
