The luxury apartment, renovated in 2022, accommodates up to 3 guests, with one bedroom, one full bathroom, a full kitchen, and a living room with a spacious balcony offering superb views of the marina, beach, and sea. Air-conditioned, free WiFi, free private outdoor parking, shared outdoor pool for children and adults. Ideal for couples, in the centre of Vilamoura and just a few meters from the main points of interest, perfect for those who want to avoid using a car and want to be within walking distance of everything.

PROPERTY RULES
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Groups under 25 years old are not allowed.
• No pets allowed on the property
• Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am
• Do not exceed the maximum occupancy limit: up to 3 guests.
• It is not allowed to leave trash or unwashed dishes on the property after check-out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged
• If the rules are not followed, guests may be expelled from the accommodation without a refund.

TOURIST TAX
Tourists are required to pay the tourist tax, in accordance with local law in force: per person over 16 years old and per night

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
• Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.
• Ecolab-certified cleaning products.
• Bed and bath linens washed at a minimum of 60º Celsius.

SECURITY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket, and safe

CHECK-IN: Every day from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

NOTICE
• Due to the severe drought in the region, the Government has requested water consumption restrictions. Therefore, we kindly ask for your attention/understanding not to use water unnecessarily, in order to minimize the effects of this problem. There may be periods of low water pressure and even prohibition of pool usage.
• Building works until 31/05/2024 and from 01/10/2024 onwards (during these periods there may be noise from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm).
