LOCATION: In the centre of Vilamoura, 50 meters from Vilamoura Marina, 300 meters from Marina Beach, and 100 meters from Vilamoura Congress Center.
The building has a supermarket (Jafers - open from April to October) and a cafe/restaurant (Petúnia - closed every Monday).
Within a radius of 500 meters, there is a wide range of commerce and services.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Apartment in a residential building, located on the 3rd floor with up to 4 service elevators.
The apartment is practical and comfortable, accommodating up to 6 guests, with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a living room with a balcony overlooking the pool and urban area. Air conditioning (living room and one bedroom), free WiFi, free private outdoor parking, and a shared outdoor swimming pool for children and adults.
Ideal for couples or small families (children and babies are welcome), in the centre of Vilamoura and just a few meters from the main points of interest, perfect for those who want to avoid using a car and want to be just steps away from everything.

• Full bathroom with shower over bathtub, toilet, bidet.
• Access to the balcony overlooking the pool and urban area
BEDROOM 2 - facing east
• Two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
BATHROOM
• Full, with shower, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer
• Washing machine, iron and ironing board, and foldable drying rack.
OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL - Shared
• Adults - 12m x 7m; Depth: minimum 0.70m | maximum 2.40m
• Children - 8m x 4m; Depth: 0.60m
• Shared sun loungers. First come, first served.
• Opening hours: 08:00 - 20:00
PARKING - Private outdoor parking for one car per apartment
PROPERTY RULES
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Groups under 25 years of age are not allowed.
• No pets allowed on the property
• Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am
• Prohibited to exceed the allowed occupancy limit: up to 6 guests (children included)
• It is not allowed to leave garbage or dishes unwashed on the property after check-out, otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged
• If the rules are not followed, guests may be expelled from the accommodation without a refund
TOURIST TAX
Tourists are required to pay the tourist tax, in accordance with local law in force: per person over 16 years old and per night
CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
• Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.
• Ecolab-certified cleaning products.
• Bed linen and bath towels washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.
SAFETY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket.
CHECK-IN: Every day from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
• €30.00 (additional cost) - Late arrival from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm
• €50.00 (additional cost) - Late arrival from 11:00 pm
Guests must inform SAPvillas in advance of the expected arrival time.
If you arrive before 5:00 pm, you can leave your luggage at our office.

NOTICE
• Due to the severe drought in the region, the Government has requested water consumption restrictions. Therefore, we kindly ask for your attention/understanding not to use water unnecessarily, in order to minimize the effects of this problem. There may be periods of low water pressure and even prohibition of pool usage.
• Building works until 31/05/2024 and from 01/10/2024 onwards (during these periods there may be noise from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm).

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.

Agradecemos o seu comentário, mas o apartamento não é da empresa (nós apenas fazermos a gestão de reservas, limpeza e manutenção) e cada vez mais o governo e as autoridades locais estão a penalizar bastante este tipo de alojamento local (aumento do vsee more
Agradecemos o seu comentário, mas o apartamento não é da empresa (nós apenas fazermos a gestão de reservas, limpeza e manutenção) e cada vez mais o governo e as autoridades locais estão a penalizar bastante este tipo de alojamento local (aumento do valor do condominio por ser um alojamento local, aumento o custo de água devido à seca na região (em Vilamoura agrava por ser explorada por uma empresa privata), taxa extra de alojamento local cobrado ao metro quadro, aumento do valor do IMI em todos os alojamentos locais). Todas estas taxas e aumento, influência no valor do preço diario ao turista. O que até há pouco anos poderia até ser um ganho, hoje em dia mesmo com os aumetos dos preços ao turista, começa a ser desencorajar muitos proprietários, principalmente de apartamento a deixar este tipo de negocio. Fantastic location - 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the marina. Supermarket just downstairs. Beautiful harbour and sea view from the balcony. Air conditioning was great. Comfortable beds and very nicely furnished with a smart TV. Really see more
