PROPERTY RULES
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Groups under 40 years old are not allowed.
• No pets allowed on the property
• Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am
• Do not exceed the allowed occupancy limit: up to 8 guests (children included)
• It is not allowed to leave trash or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged
• In case of non-compliance with the rules, guests may be expelled from the accommodation without a refund.
TOURIST TAX
Tourists are required to pay the tourist tax, in accordance with local law in force: per person over 16 years old and per night

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
- VAT included in the accommodation price
- Pets not allowed.
- The keys must be picked up during the above mentioned hours only.

The Villa was spectacular and fully equipped for our 6 week stay. The welcome basket of fruits, coffee/tea, honey and other condiments was a lovely surprise and much appreciated. Communication with the rental group was excellent for even the smallessee more

A gas BBQ instead of charcoal would be more convenient. Due to the location being a bit far to walk to anything, bikes would be an awesome addition, or even a discount at a local bike rental place (for long term bike rental).

The villa is spotlessly clean, bedrooms are excellent, all with ensuite. Lounge and dining area also perfect and well appointed. Kitchen area is superb, well equipped with everything you may need, high end appliances throughout. Lovely outdoor area wsee more

Could not be more central for all Dom Pedro golf courses, all of them are less than five minutes drive. Marina and nightlife areas are only 10 minutes drive away. In short... superb!!!
