PROPERTY RULES
• No smoking
• No parties or events allowed
• Groups under 30 years old are not admitted.
• Pets are not allowed on the property
• Respect the silence hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Prohibited to exceed the allowed occupancy limit: up to 9 guests (children included)
• It is not allowed to leave garbage or unwashed dishes on the property after check-out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged
• In case of non-compliance with the rules, guests may be expelled from the accommodation without the right to a refund

TOURIST TAX
Tourists are required to pay the tourist tax, in accordance with local law in force: per person over 16 years old and per night

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
• Cleaning and disinfection performed between stays.
• Ecolab-certified cleaning products.
• Bed linen and bath towels washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.

SAFETY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket.

CHECK-IN: Every day from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

• €50.00 (additional cost) - Late arrival from 11:00 PM onwards
The guest must inform SAPvillas in advance of the expected arrival time.
If you arrive before 5:00 PM, you can leave your luggage in our office.
